A water main had ruptured in a luxury condo on the building’s 43rd floor, which led to water damage all the way down through the 28th floor
Las Vegas, NV – When a water main rupture flooded more than 15 floors of a local high-end luxury condominium complex, the building’s manager immediately called the Las Vegas HARBRO team for emergency water mitigation services. Har Bro, Inc. is one of the largest privately held emergency services and restoration companies on the West coast with a growing presence in the Las Vegas metro area.
Contacted when the water was discovered at 11:30 p.m., the HARBRO crew was on site by midnight, helping to assess the water damage and immediately facilitate the drying process.
A water main had ruptured in a luxury condo on the building’s 43rd floor, which led to water damage all the way down through the 28th floor. Within four days of around-the-clock work, the building was completely dry.
“We are recognized more and more for our ability to respond quickly, assess a situation, provide a plan for restoration and take action,” said Dan Blackman, branch manager for HARBRO in Las Vegas. “This is a beautiful, luxurious building, and we were committed to working with the condo management and residents to ensure that there was minimal day to day interruption and that everyone was completely satisfied.”
This is the second project that HARBRO has worked on in the building this year, and the company was contacted because the manager had previous positive interactions with them when it came to emergency services and restoration.
“In times of water damage, fire, odor or other environmental issues, businesses and individuals simply want to know that someone will take care of the issue quickly and effectively, and we are always pleased to be given the opportunity to offer a bid and our expertise,” Blackman added. “In this case, we’re happy that we could dry the building out in less than four days with as little disruption as possible.”
